Occasional updating of Mediathread’s code can lead to jumbled layout of Mediathread pages in your browser. This is because your browser may be storing older pieces of code in its cache, and this older code is conflicting with updates.
Clearing out your browser cache is easily done. Each type of major browser (Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer, Safari) offers a way to “clear browsing data” or “clear cache.” Learn how to do this in your individual browser by search the browser’s Help menu.
After your cache is cleared, log into Mediathread again. Layout glitches should be gone.
