How do I request a collaboration site or a project site?

All Courseworks (Canvas) sites for classes are created  by the Registrar.  If your course is not created, please check with your departmental Registrar liaison. 

If you want a site for a project or collaboration (not associated with a course), a CourseWorks collaboration site can be created. To request a collaboration site, please follow these directions:

1. Go to http://courseworks.columbia.edu
2. Look at the top menu bar for Collaboration, when you click on Collaboration, a menu will appear.  Please click on Request a Collaboration Site. You will need to UNI authenticate, and then complete a form.
