# Where do my students go for help with CourseWorks (Canvas)?

Students can contact CUIT's help desk for help with CourseWorks (Canvas) via:

Phone: 212-854-1919

Hours:

Monday–Thursday: 8am–11pm

Friday: 8am–7pm

Saturday: 10am–6pm

Sunday: 3pm–11pm

They can also access [Canvas Student Resources](https://courseworks2.columbia.edu/courses/19), or the [Canvas Student Guide](https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Student-Guide/tkb-p/student) which contains both video- and text-based FAQ's.  Both of these resources are available at [http://courseworks.columbia.edu](http://courseworks.columbia.edu/) under the student tab.
